Tamara “Tami” Lyn Grant Alcocer was born on June 9, 1976 in West Hills, California where she resided most of her life. She departed from her loved ones on May 6, 2015. Tami is lovingly remembered by her husband, Carlos (Charles) Alcocer, three children Carlos, Cristian and Cameron, mother Judy Groh Grant, her brothers Scott, Mark and Daniel, all her in-laws, nieces and nephews and preceded in death by her father the late Daniel Grant Sr.
Tami touched many lives. She was a loving mother who dedicated her life to her boys along with all their sports and activities, a caring teacher to all her students and a good friend. She was an active member of her community and a valued volunteer of her church, St. Bernardine of Siena.
Funeral services will be held on May 29, 2015 at 10:00am at St. Bernardine of Siena Catholic Church in Woodland Hills.
Tami’s final resting place will be Oakwood Memorial Park Cemetery in Chatsworth, but her memories will forever remain in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.
