Tillie Annala Mountain was born December 30, 1912 to Henry and Matilda (Kutti) Annala. Tillie went to Gunnary School in French Lake and Annandale High School. After high school she went to Teacher's Training and taught school for three years. During the summers she worked at Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Tillie moved to Los Angeles and worked for Goodrich Rubber Co., Vega Aircraft and Lockheed during World War II.
On November 16, 1948 Tillie was united in marriage to James Mountain. She moved to Reseda, California and worked for the school cafeteria and volunteered at the hospital over 25 years.
She is survived by her children Wayne (Barbara) Mountain, Reseda, California and Kathy Mountain, Simi Valley, California, grandchildren Stacey Mountain, Reseda, California and Stephanie Mountain, Reseda, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James, Daughter, Sallie Watson, Sisters Sally Frederick, Elma Karie, Ellen Annala, Martha Annala, and brother John Annala.
She was loved by all who knew her.
