Annuel (Arnie) Forman

Loving husband of 64 years to Mary “Connie” Forman. Beloved father of Richard Forman and the late Daniel Forman. Dear brother of Harvey Forman of Peabody, and the late Sid Forman, Ruth Witten, Max Forman, Sylvia Piken, and Hy Forman. Cherished grandfather of William, Daniela Kai and Nikyta Rose Forman.

Arnie was born in Boston on March 9, 1932 and lost his mother in childbirth. He grew up in Revere while also working at his father’s clothing manufacturing business. He was stationed outside of Paris during the Korean War. His Paris excursions and the many family vacations were some of his best memories.

He returned to the family business until he and his siblings split off and started their own business in 1960. Forecaster of Boston, a designer and manufacturer of women’s coats and outerwear, that sold to department and specialty stores across America. Forecaster grew to over 400 employees in Massachusetts, with factories in downtown Boston, Fall River and New Bedford. Arnie was a tennis enthusiast and developed a passion for golf that carried him through till old age.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 11 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton.
