Beloved wife of the late Marvin Lewis Snyder for 64 years, sister of the late Leonard Lezberg of Stoughton, proud mother of Karen Snyder of Natick, and Joanne Bragg and her husband Christopher of Kennebunk, ME, formerly of Medfield, and devoted grandmother to Jennifer and Sarah Bragg. She also leaves a large extended group of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Arlene was raised in Boston, she and Marvin moved to Framingham in 1954 where they settled and made lifelong friends. Arlene worked in a job she loved at the TJX Companies for 42 years, and retired at the age of 74. In addition to working full-time and raising a family, she was an avid reader, a skilled mahjong and bridge player, she loved to travel and she enjoyed time socializing with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton on Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 at 10:00 AM. The service will be livestreamed at tinyurl.com/ArleneSnyderService.
Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, and a memorial observance will be held at Bella Costa, 147 Cochituate Road, Framingham from 1:00 PM to 4 PM. All those attending must be vaccinated and masks are required.
Expressions of sympathy in memory of Arlene may be donated to the American Heart Association or Temple Beth Am, Framingham.
