David Lappen, age 79, of Holliston, MA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 26th surrounded by his family.
David was born on May 24, 1946 to Dorothy and Bertram Lappen in Boston, MA. After graduating from Newton High School, he attended Boston University.
David worked for most of his career in operations and logistics. In the last 10 years he found a second career as a Pharmacy Technician. He loved learning something new and interacting with his colleagues and customers.
He met his beloved late wife Susan in 1966 after being set up by their college friends. They married on July 1, 1973 and shared a wonderful marriage and two children, Rachael and Joshua.
David was predeceased by his wife Susan and his parents Dorothy and Bertram Lappen. He is survived by his children Rachael Lappen, Joshua Lappen and his wife Lauren, his adored grandchildren Ellie, Kira and Rebecca, and his grand dog Louie. He is also survived by his brothers, Arthur Lappen and his wife Margie, and Steve Lappen and his wife Katherine.
Graveside Service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, on Sunday, November 30th at 1:45pm.
