PALKEN, Evelyn (Steinberg), of Northboro, MA. Entered into rest on January 1, 2016 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late George Palken. Devoted mother of Dr. Richard Palken and his wife Judith of Northboro, MA, Lois Rudnick and her husband Steven of Santa Fe, NM, and Janice Tervo and her husband Henry of Littleton, MA. Cherished grandmother of Deborah Rudnick, Mark Tervo, Daniel Palken and Greg Palken. Proud great- grandmother of Hannah Ast. Beloved daughter of the late Meyer and late Rebecca Steinberg. Evelyn was predeceased by her brother Calvin Steinberg and her sister Helen Greenberg. Services at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 2 pm. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park. Following interment, memorial observance will be at the home of Dr. Richard and Judith Palken from 5:30 -8:30 pm.
