Fay Rothman

Devoted wife of the late Sheldon W. Rothman. Dear sister to the late Eileen Darman and her husband Julian. Loving Mother of Stuart Rothman and his partner Debbie, Mark Rothman and his wife Soryia and Rhonda Green and her husband Eric. Cherished Bubbee to her grandchildren Emily Green and Jason Green with whom she had a special relationship with and was their biggest cheerleader in every aspect of their lives. Loving Aunt to her very special nieces, Beth Row, Lisa Miller and Elaine Darman, and her late nephew Michael Darman.

Fay loved living in Waban where she lived for over 50 years and raised her children. She adored the beach and spent many summers on Martha’s Vineyard, hosting family, going to South Beach, and indulging in her nightly visit to Mad Martha’s for a scoop of Sinful Chocolate ice cream. Fay was a wonderful cook and gathered her family around her dining room table for many Shabbat dinners and holiday meals. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 17 at 1:00 PM at the Sharon Memorial Park Chapel, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon. Shiva will be held after the service from 2:30 – 6:00 PM at Orchard Cove, One Del Pond Drive, Canton.
