Faye Sherman (née Stone), a vibrant and beloved presence to all who knew her, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2025, in Boca Raton, Florida. She was 92 years old.
Born on October 10, 1932, in Brockton, Massachusetts, Faye grew up with a deep appreciation for family, fashion, and the joys of life. A longtime resident of Boston, she built a life filled with warmth, laughter, and unmistakable style. Her summers were spent in her cherished "happy place" on Cape Cod, while in later years she found comfort and sunshine during the winters in Boca Raton.
Faye had an eye for elegance and a passion for high-end women's fashion. She channeled this love into her career by owning Fasandra, a boutique in Brookline that became known for its curated sophistication and personal touch. Through her work in fashion retail, Faye not only helped women look their best but also made lasting connections with clients who became friends.
She was a devoted wife to her late husband Wilfred Sherman and remained deeply connected to her family throughout her life. Faye is lovingly remembered by her children: son Chuck Bronstein and his wife Janet; daughter Heidi Manning and her husband Greg Manning; and daughter Niki Bronstein (deceased). Her legacy continues through her grandchildren-Georgia Manning; Harry Manning and his wife Jenna Manning; Jesse Guzik and her husband Ryan Guzik-and great-grandchildren Skylar and Camden Guzik.
Faye was predeceased by her brother Herbert Stone, mother Lena Stone, and father William Stone.
Those who knew Faye will remember her as a unique and vivacious woman with an infectious zest for life. She had a wonderful sense of humor that could light up any room and a timeless sense of style that reflected both grace and individuality. She was not only a loving mother and grandmother but also a loyal friend whose warmth touched many lives.
May Faye's memory bring comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her. A Funeral Service will be held on July 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel 475 Washington Street, CANTON. The service will be accessible via livestream at www.tinyurl.com/Remembering-Faye-Sherman
