Gail Beth Tockman

Gail Beth Tockman passed away unexpectedly on October 6th 2021 in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Gail grew up in Sharon Massachusetts. A caring daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Gail put family first always, and her infectious smile and zest for life will remain in their hearts forever. She is survived by her mother Lois Gibley and stepfather Harry, and siblings Neil and Jennifer Tockman and Lee and Lesley Tockman. She was also a devoted aunt to her niece Hannah and nephews Hunter, Aiden, Alex and Dylan, and she cherished her relationships with aunts and uncles Beverly and Larry Koplan, Michelle and Steve Pine, Marcene and Steve Tockman, and her many cousins. She will be put to rest next to her father Ronald Tockman. Gail’s long-term boyfriend Tim Shea and his son Caleb (11) became family too. She raised Caleb as if he were her own son, cheering him on at sporting events, helping him in school and being there for every part of his life. Gail loved being a Registered Nurse. She was passionate about what she did, cared deeply for all the patients she attended to, and truly loved helping others. Most recently, she was a doting daughter who stood by her father’s side, supporting him unconditionally during his long-term illness, and coordinating all of his hospital care. Gail’s vibrant spirit, bubbly personality and loving heart drew people to her, and she will be missed by countless friends and family. Family and friends are welcome at Lois Gibley’s home through Wednesday, October 13th. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 11th at 11:00 am at Knollwood Memorial Park, 319 High Street, Canton, MA 02021. Please join the family immediately following the graveside services for a light lunch at the Four Points by Sheraton, 1125 Boston Providence Turnpike, Norwood.
