Harriett Gilman (Sherman) formerly of Quincy, late of Weymouth was entered into rest May 1, 2017 at 69 years. The beloved wife of the late Ronnie Gilman, she was the devoted mother of Michelle Gilman and Alyssa Gilman, loving mother-in-law of Sonja Miley and the loving sister of Elayne Spillane. The dear aunt of Tim Spillane and Ina Yocheva and great aunt of Dahlia, she was also a cherished friend and colleague to many. Services will be held at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, CANTON on Wednesday, May 3rd at 12 Noon followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial observance will be at the home of Shelley & Joe Abrams on Wednesday following interment until 9 PM and Thursday from 1-4 & 7-9 PM then continuing at her late residence through Sunday evening. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be donated to the Mickie Sherman Endowment Fund at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, 126 High Street, Boston, MA, 02210-2700.
