HORN, Ilse of Canton, MA, formally of West Newton, MA entered peacefully into eternal rest on December 8th 2017 at the age of 97. Beloved and adored wife of the late Charles Horn. Amazing mother of Elaine Rubin and Jeffrey Horn. Cherished Grandmother of Jill Decremer, Julie Yapp, Rachel Horn and Philip Horn and Great Grandmother of Clayton Yapp, Ellie Yapp and Ben Decremer. Ilse was blessed to have the opportunity to meet the fiancés of her grandchildren Rachel and Phil prior to her passing.
Ilse will be missed by all of her many friends, and by the loving staff at Orchard Cove that got to know and care for her so well. Her compassion and caring ways cultivated many friendships through a life sprinkled with challenges and beautiful times.
Funeral services will be held at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM followed by interment at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon, MA.
