Dear son of the late Leonard and Miriam (Popitz) Singer. Beloved uncle of Jeffrey Gold and his wife Kimberly and Lauren Quiqley and her husband Scott. Devoted great-uncle of Makenzy and Ryder Quigley. Loving brother of the late Sandra M. Rapport and the late Karen Singer, and brother-in-law of Robert H. Rapport.
Joel was born in Boston in the fall of 1951. After graduating from Northeastern University, Joel excelled in a career in the golf shoe industry. Working in research and development, he traveled the world. Joel was thrilled when the Red Sox won games, but his greatest joy was spending time with Makenzy and Ryder.
