He was the devoted and loving husband of the late Gloria A. (Matloff) Sacks of 50 years.
Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late Sidney and Dorothy (Ehrlich) Sacks. He was predeceased by his two siblings, the late Harvey Sacks and the late Joanne Freedman.
Left to cherish his memory are his three loving daughters, Judi Shurtleff and her husband Harry, Lauren Provensal and her husband Yozef and Heidi Fabrizio and her husband Tony; and three cherished grandsons, Roman, Alexander and Marcus. Lewis also leaves behind close cousins Elaine Rabinovitz and Sheela Kirpalani and extended family and friends. Beloved by all, he will be truly missed.
Funeral services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Monday, July 5th at 10:00 AM followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park.
