Susan Band Parker

Daughter of the late Dorothy (Brezinsky) and Myer Band. Loving wife of Donald R. Parker of 39 years. Beloved mother of Grace, Maxwell, and Desdemona Parker. Sister of Robert Band, Regina Band, and Marcia McReynolds.

Sue Parker was a small woman with a tremendous impact on her community. She was born in Boston, MA on August 22, 1961. She was raised in Randolph, MA, where she returned to raise her own family after graduating from UMass Amherst.

Sue was most likely to be found at her sewing machine making costumes for Community Theater or out reading by the pool. Her home was a safe haven for many more kids than just her own, and she loved having (and feeding) a full house. She touched many lives and her loss is felt deeply.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 1 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.
