Billie Jo was born on September 10, 1934 in Preston County, WV to the late Clyde and Margaret (Shay) Hovatter. Billie Jo worked for many years at Manor Care in Belden Village as an STNA until her retirement in 2001.
Billie Jo is preceded in death by her parents, seven brothers, and five sisters.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Lynn) Waybright, two grandsons, Kenneth (Jen) Waybright, II and Kyle Waybright, two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Alyssa Waybright, numerous nieces and nephews, and her many friends at Village Towers Apartments where she had lived for most of her life.
Per Billie Jo wishes, she will be cremated and privately laid to rest with her family in West Virginia.
