She was born December 22, 1933, in Akron, OH to the late Ralph (Bertha) Walters. She was a graduate of South High School in Akron; was a Reservation Manager at The Mayflower Hotel in Akron, OH.
She enjoyed spending time on Kelley's Island and watching the Cleveland Indians and Ohio State Buckeyes. She was a Sherlock Holmes enthusiast and loved her Family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Eugene E. "Bud" Morton, and her sister Betty Kirven. She is survived by her five children: Debi Tesch of Auburn, CA, Nancy (Brent) Everhart of Jackson Township, Adam (Donna) Morton of Morrow, OH, Jack (Lori) Morton of Jackson Township, and Jill (Russ) McKinnon of Landsdowne, VA; grandchildren: Ben, Ryan, Kelsey, Sara, Brody, Lauren, and Blake; great-grandchildren: Emma.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Road NW, Canton with Rev. Aric Smith officiating.
