

Born on March 7, 1938 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Henry Fred Marschman and Alma Zellmer Marschman. He served in the Army National Guard and worked at the United States Postal Service in Akron as a clerk, where he later retired.
A devoted man of faith, Neil was as a member of Grace Church, Norton Campus. He was a cherished father, grandfather, brother and friend. Neil took great joy in golfing, bowling, fishing, reading scripture, and serving his church. His later years were filled with trips to visit family, journeys made even sweeter with his beloved dog, Babe, at his side.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother, Stepmother Alina Reinholtz; Brothers Dennis Marschman, Dick and Norman Reinholtz; Grandsons Ronald Lucas and Douglas Briggs; Niece Carrie Marschman and Nephew Christopher Marschman.
Neil is survived by his sons Michael Marschman, Tim (Del) Marschman, David (Sue) Marschman; daughters Panda Lucas, Paula (Mike) Taylor, Dianna (Thomas) McMurray. As well as 8 Grandkids, 13 Great-Grandkids and 5 Great Great-Grandkids. His dear sister Elaine Marschman Habel and Sisters-In-Law Otti Reinholtz and Ginny Marschman, and many Nieces and Nephews.
Neil lived a life rooted in his deep and abiding love for God. His faith was not only something he professed but something he lived out daily. He found strength and purpose in his relationship with the Lord and he sought to reflect that light in everything he did. Though he will be deeply missed, we take comfort in knowing that he is now at peace in the presence of our Savior.
Visitation will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Road NW, Canton on Friday April 24, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Saturday April 25, 2026, at 11:00 am.
