Otto Robert Mockenhaupt

Otto was born in New York City, NY, on January 31, 1939 to the late Joseph and Agnes (Jacobs) Mockenhaupt. He graduated from Cardinal Hayes High School. Otto had several careers, but he retired from Metropolitan Transit Authority as a conductor. He had also been a member of the National Guard. Otto had a passion for bowling, reading, music, travel, responsible gambling, and sports, especially the New York Yankees and New York Rangers.

Otto is survived by his five children: Robert Mockenhaupt, Francis Mockenhaupt, Diane Juers, Lynn Lohn, and Donna Lehman; 11 grandchildren: Carly, Kaitlyn, and Ryan Mockenhaupt, Jaclyn and Daniel Juers, Danielle and Samantha Lohn, and Michael, Stephen, Ryan, and Daniel Lehman.

Per Otto's wishes a cremation will take place with services to be held at a later date.
