She was born February 20, 1946 in Canton, Ohio to the late Robert and Lillian (Speidel) Ackerman. Susan was a member of Perry Christian Church, and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Joseph Aldridge; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Cindy Ackerman; grandchildren, Alex, Max, and Ally Ackerman; brothers, Robert (Diana) Ackerman, and Donald (Linda) Ackerman; and loving nephews and nieces, Donald (Sharon) Ackerman, Kevin (Melissa) Ackerman, Tim (Jackie) Ackerman, Chris Danford, and Lisa (Ben) Campbell.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Monday in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sunset Hills Burial Park. Friends may call from 3:00-5:00pm on Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry Christian Church, 139 Perry Drive NW, Canton, OH 44708.
