He was born June 16, 1952 in Connellsville, PA to the late Thomas W. and Dorothy (Mitchell) Bailey, Sr. Thomas received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida where he resided until 2003. He worked for the State of Florida in their Social Services program. Thomas retired and moved to Ohio to be with his older sister.
He is survived by his sister, Terry A. Bailey; brother, Todd M. (Carolyn) Bailey; nephews, Brian and Douglas Bailey; and one great nephew.
Cremation is planned in accordance with his wishes. There will be no calling hours or funeral. Arrangements under the direction of Karlo-Libby Funeral Home.
