Vearl “Ed” Frye, age 68, of Alliance passed away on September 25, 2015. He was born in Marietta, OH on February 27, 1947 to Joseph and Velma (Hall) Frye. Ed was an Owner/ Operator of Ed’s Trucking for 25 years and drove many local routes. His passion was driving truck.
Ed is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Joella Sommers and Roxanne Lillie. Surviving is his wife of 51 years, Dolores Frye; daughter, Tammy Hale; son, Edward Frye; grandchildren, Kody Frye, Jacob Hale and Mason Keaton; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday, October 1st at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Marvin Thomas will conduct the service. Burial will follow in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
