Graveside service will be held at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Frankston.
Chadrick passed away on November 13, 2017 in Dallas.
He was born on May 20, 1991 in Dallas to Kenneth Bates and Jacqueline Berry.
Chadrick was a Cowboys fan and like to travel and visit family.
He is survived by her mother Jacqueline Berry of Chandler; father, Kenneth Bates; sister, Angelique and James Roland; brother, Samuel Berry; sister, Joyclyn Berry; grandparents, Mary Patton and Lorenzo; grandfather, Joel Berry Sr; and six nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on November 17, 2017 at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton from 6 pm to 8 pm.
