Funeral services for David Lee Denman, 63, of Canton, will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 18, 2022, at Eubank Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.
Mr. Denman passed away February 13, 2022 in Dallas, in the arms of his daughter. He was born April 14, 1958 to Homer Lee and Rose Mary Warren Denman.
David loved music and was a singer, songwriter and sound engineer. One of his greatest accomplishments was when he appeared in Billboard Magazine's Top 100 along with Patsy Barton and Bart "The General" Barton; however, his greatest accomplishment of all was being a Father and a Papaw. He was always there for them during the good times and bad times and taught them to enjoy every moment that life has to offer. He was a kind and selfless man who always had an answer to everything. There was never a project too big or too small that he couldn’t handle. He will be dearly missed by his family, but his legacy will continue to live on through his daughter and grandchildren.
Mr. Denman is preceded in death by his wife, Susan Starkes Denman, and his parents, Homer and Rose Mary Denman.
David is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Brian Everitt of Canton; four grandchildren: Landon Broyles, Addilyn Everitt, Ryleigh Everitt and Memphis Everitt; two brothers: Bryan Denman and James and Charlotte Denman; nephews: Chris Denman and Michael Denman; cousins: Bebe Denman, Lisa Denman, Danny Denman and Myles Denman; aunt: Wanda Denman; and numerous other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Brian Everitt, Landon Broyles, Bryan Denman, Chris Denman and Michael Denman.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
