Mr. Adcock passed away at his home Friday, June 2, 2017. He was born June 18, 1940, in Rome, Georgia to John and Roxie Studdard Adcock.
Jesse owned his own petroleum business. He owned gas station/convenience stores in Florida. He enjoyed boating on St. John’s River in Florida, dancing and playing cards. Jesse married Janice on July 12, 1978. They moved to Emory in January 2017 to be closer to family.
Mr. Adcock is preceded in death by his parents: John Adcock and Roxie Cotton; three brothers and three sisters.
Jesse is survived by his wife of 38 years, Janice Adcock; daughter and her husband, Cynthia and Pat McCoy; daughter, Debi Carlton; daughter, Dawn Kellogg; son and his wife, Jesse D. “Jay” Adcock and Julissa; 9 grandchildren; and sister, Ann Dupont.
