Joyce Juanita Driskill

Joyce was born on June 11, 1940 to Delbert and Mildred Cox of Dallas, Texas. While in her teen years, Joyce and family moved to Bedford, Texas where she met her high-school sweetheart, and love of her life, Jim Driskill. Soon after graduation, the two were married on November 30, 1957. Joyce was a faithful member of the Fruitvale Church of Christ for nearly 50 years.

Joyce is survived by her husband Jim Driskill, children Matt & Genene Driskill, Stephen Driskill, Susan & Ron Daley; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother Donald & wife Betty Cox, sister-in-law Carolyn Smith, brother-in-law Larry Driskill, and numerous other family members. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary and husband Joe Driskill, brother-in-law Freddie Smith, and sister-in-law Gayle Driskill.

A visitation for Joyce will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Eubank Funeral Home, Canton, Texas. A funeral service will occur Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM, Canton, Texas. A graveside service will occur Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Parker Cemetery, Grapevine, Texas.
