Lou Ramsey

Visitation will be held at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, Texas on November 26, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.

A celebration of life will be held at Eubank Funeral Home on November 26, 2014 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Jim Ballard officiating. Private burial will follow at Haven of Memories Memorial Park.

Lou was born in Baxter, Texas to John and Laura Norris on August 23, 1934. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Laura, two sisters, Grace Watkins, and Shirley Norris, three brothers, Alfred Norris, Robert Norris, and Franklin Norris.

Lou is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bill Ramsey of Edgewood, Daughter, Gayle & C.E. Vaughan of Heath, Daughter, Jan Woolverton and Fiancé, Tommy Baker of Edgewood, Son, Jeff Ramsey of Edgewood, Seven Grandchildren, Jim Tyler of The Colony, Jodi Seaver of Rowlett, Laurie Harthcock of Wills Point, Brad Brooks of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Andy Woolverton of Wills Point, Trey and Cameron Ramsey of Edgewood, Nine Great Grandchildren, Lane and Landen Amaya, Taylor Neal, Kaylie and Dakota Willis, Maddison and Julianne Woolverton, Travis and Jaxson Brooks, One Great-Great Granddaughter, Brynlee Sanson, Brothers, Doug Norris of Forney and Wilbert Norris of Garland.

Lou was retired from AT&T. She was an avid sports fan and loved her Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers! She is a member of First Baptist Church Edgewood.
