Luciano John Becerra

A Memorial Service for Luciano John Becerra, 95, will be held at Eubank Funeral Home on Thursday, April 11, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. Luciano was born October 26, 1923, to Salvador Becerra and Fermina Miranda in Banning, CA.

He grew up in the Banning, CA area. Luciano became a firefighter for the Forestry Service before he joined the Army during WW II. Luciano married his wife, Lily, and raised their family in Banning, CA. He moved to Canton in 1996.

Luciano loved watching his grandchildren play sports. He was a Texas Rangers' and Dallas Mavericks' fan. Luciano enjoyed watching the birds around his birdfeeders. He enjoyed going for drives and eating out at restaurants. Olive Garden and Applebee's were his favorites.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Salvador and Fermina Becerra; Son, Rick Becerra; two Grandsons, Dominic and Levi.

Luciano is survived by his Daughter: Cyndi Hudgins of Canton, Texas; Sons, Larry and Bernadette Becerra of California, Gary Becerra of Florida, Luciano "Curly" Becerra of California; 15 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
