Patsy passed away August 23, 2019 in Kemp.
She was born September 8, 1933 in Van Zandt County, TX to Elmer Jackson Knowles and Merle Beatrice Blue.
Patsy grew up in Van Zandt County and was Baptist by faith. She married Loyd Foster August 29, 1952. Patsy loved cooking. She was especially known for her peach cobbler, chicken & dressing and her chocolate cake.
She is survived by her Son, Rickey & Pam Foster; 8 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild; Brother, Douglas Knowles; and Sister, Becky Wallace.
Patsy is preceded in death by her Parents, Elmer & Merle Knowles; Husband, Loyd Foster; Son, Michael Foster; Grandson, Brenden Foster; and Brothers: Charles Knowles, Daniel Knowles and Jack Knowles.
Interment was at Old Bethel Cemetery.
