He passed away August 5, 2015, in Point, TX.
Ron was born November 16, 1948, in Austin, TX. to William and Iva Edwards.
Interment will be at Haven of Memories in Canton, TX.
Ron was married September 7, 2002, to his precious wife, Rita. He was owner/operator of Tawakoni Stop in Wills Point, TX. and Tawakoni Stop II in Point, TX. He enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. He was Presbyterian by faith.
Ron is survived by his Wife, Rita Edwards; Mother, Iva Edwards; Daughter, Stephanie and Derrick Damm; Son, Brian Truett; Daughter, Sheila and Kevin Faulkner; 4 Grandchildren , Chelton Davis, Tristan Garcia, Brianna Davis, Garrett Truett; 1 Great Grandson, Cole Davis; 1 Niece, Belinda & Robert Fluitt, other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his Father and Sister, Lois McMillan.
