My sweet mom with her favorite son Dr.  Rick Gregory (her only son, might I add!!) She was so very proud of him and his accomplishments!! Not just vocationally but his sweet family too!! Because of her example she helped to fill this world with great people!!

God knew my mom so well because he wrote about her in proverbs 31. She is of noble character. Worth more than rubies, and lacks nothing of value. She gets up while it is still dark and provides food for her family. She sets about her work vigorously, her arms strong for her tasks. She opens her arms to the poor and needy. She is clothed with strength and dignity. She can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household, and does not eat of the bread of idleness. Her children Will rise up and call her blessed. Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the lord, is to be praised! Give her the reward she has earned and let her works bring her praise at the city gate! You will ever be ingrained in my heart and on my lips. I love you forever and I will see you soon! Ben

I am so sorry for your loss. I fid not know Mrs. Sharon, but the 2x I met her , when we came get Coles bed and when Kim n her mom came to my son Joshua's visitation,  she seemed to be a precious women. wish I had got to know her more. wish I would have known about services, I would have been there..

What to say about my mom
She was mama to some of us, a mother to many. Some of us called her, granny, some Sharon, my friend, but she was a strong glue to all of us, a confidante, a matriarch, and icon of her time. She taught us so many things, the importance of God, church, family, and serving others. She didn't just talk about it, She showed us by example. She taught us what it truly meant to have humility, to always give to others, even when it was hard. She understood the value of discipline and teaching us right from wrong. I am certain that not just her children knew that, but ALL of our friends understood that too!! She was such an encourager!! No matter what, mountain or valley you were on, you were more than a conqueror! She would always be on that mountain, in that valley, going through it with you cheering you all the way! When you just needed an ear, she was there, always. She told you things to build you up, but she also didn't mind telling you the hard things that you needed to hear too! All of this with such a quiet strength. And in a world that encompasses hate and division, she amplified, love, compassion, forgiveness, and to always make things right. She taught us endurance, and to walk out the hard, regardless, while all the time making light of it with laughter, fun, and joking. She truly knew the definition of laughter makes a good medicine! Oh, the stories we could all tell, we all have so many, and I am so grateful for each one, because it's those stories that will bring us comfort in the years to come. I am who I am because of her! She was my friend, my mom, my mother, and my momma!!

Oh my goodness she was such a wonderful lady always giving so kindhearted. I rented a room from her when she had her guesthouse and she was the most incredible hostess on the planet but there’s more than that when I was a kid in 1979 Balinda and I were friends And Sharon welcomed me to come and spend the night. I was brand new to Canton Texas had just moved from Grapevine. I was scared to live in the country but quickly I made friends lynda was one of the first friends that I made and I was welcome into their home. Her mother was amazing.

Sharon was such a great friend and we had lots of good times together. I remember when she and I started learning to play golf it was a real fun time. We had lots of laughs togather at ourselves. I remember the time a lot of us girls whent to a tournment and spent the night. Going in for the night Sharon had the room key and she left it in the door all night. We had a good laugh about that one..

I want to share my heartfelt condolences for you and your family during this loss. I have many fond memories of " mom" as us girls called her in high school. I spent many nights and many days at her house and always felt like part of the family. One of her " girls". She always took care of us, made sure we had food, was supportive, funny, loving and I will forever be grateful for the times I spent with her and the wonderful memories I have. Lots of laughter in that house! Never a dull moment! I love ya " mom" and I thank you for being a  big part of my childhood. I love you Kimmie ( and Belinda)  and you will always be my friend and " sister". 
I'm here if you need anything.
I pray that God gives you the strength you need and the comfort that only He can.

I can close my eyes and remember Thanksgiving day as a kid. Everyone is cozy at Granny’s house. All of us kids are running around in the back yard or watching TV. I’d always get too much food and watch the football game. Then, we would all help clean up the backyard and get out the Christmas decorations. I always loved watching her smile or make a funny face at someone. She’d wink at me because she knew I was watching. I can remember the little talks we would have on the front porch when it was only us. She was my very favorite grandma. I love you Granny and I will miss you forever but I know that you are just starting a brand new journey, a fresh start in heaven with no heart breaks and no pain. The world lost a great person but we know she is in heaven now.

The joy in your face when you were with your people.

The little moments that I hold so dear to my heart. We were getting things done but laughing so much along the way.
