Stuart Edward Adams, Sr.

A funeral mass for Stuart Edward Adams, Sr., 89, of Canton, will be held 2 pm Saturday, February 5, 2022, at St. Therese Catholic Church with Father Lawrence Rasaian officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home in Canton.

Mr. Adams passed away January 30, 2022 in Canton. He was born April 10, 1932 in Angola, NY to Edward Stanley and Georgiana Eldred Adams.

Mr. Adams attended school in East Aurora. He then served in the US Navy during the Korean War. Stuart met the love of his life, Lottie Marie Warner, in 1956. They were married September 21, 1957. Stuart was an entrepreneur and owned several businesses over his working career. When he was 48 years old, he moved his family to Texas. In the early 1980's, he started his own lumber business.

Mr. Adams is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Georgiana Adams; wife, Lottie Adams; five siblings: Joseph, Julie, Emogene, Shirley and Carolee; an infant son, Mark Edward Adams and Son-in-Law, Larry Martinez.

Stuart is survived by his children: Julie Martinez of Canton; Seth Adams and wife, Susanne Brady, of Ithaca, NY; Stuart Adams, Jr. and wife, Christine, of Canton; and Patricia Bell, and husband, Pete, of Canton; six grandchildren: Jordan Jones, Megan Cummings, John Adams, Lottie Adams, Jason Bell and Jenna Bell; sister-in-law, Dianne Adams; and family friend, Gayle Bramblitt.

A visitation will be held 6-7 pm Friday, with a Rosary beginning at 7 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
