Timothy James Bullard, 65, of the Walton Community passed from this life on March 10, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 3, 1960, in Cleburne, Texas to James Richard and Melba Ann (Marr) Bullard. Tim attended Cleburne High School and grew into what Lynyrd Skynyrd described as a “Simple Man”. Tim became a truck driver and rancher who enjoyed collecting tractors. He loved bull riding at the rodeo, riding four wheelers at Mud Creek or fishing at the lake. Tim always liked visiting with his family and friends or speaking with them on the phone. Tim met the love of his life in Janis Corley, who he married on January 6, 1994, and was blessed with 31 wonderful years together. His most treasured times spent were with his family, having fun with his kids and grandkids.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents, James “Sonny” and Melba Bullard, and sister, Kim Bullard.
He is survived by his precious wife, Janis Bullard; sons: Dustin Bullard and wife Veronica, Josh Holmes and wife Emilia, Anthony Holmes and wife Miranda, and J.R. Bullard; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; aunts, uncles, cousins and more friends than we can count.
Celebration of life memorial services will be held later.
