Walter passed away on February 19, 2023 in Tyler, Texas. He was born on April 24, 1945 in McKinney, Texas to Jesse Williams and Frances Sims Williams. Walter was a simple man kindheart man. He enjoyed working on old cars and yard work. Walter loved the outdoors; hunting and fishing were favorite pastimes. Walter's best memories are of spending time with family; especially with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was always joking around and loved to laugh. Walter will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Frances Williams; son, Danny; and seven siblings.
Walter is survived by his wife, Cathy Williams; children, Ricky and Brandi Williams, Robert Williams and Carol, Eugene Williams; grandchildren, Austin and Maddie, Mason and Halina, Cameron, Jessica, Tyler , Jeremy; great grandchildren, Shilynn, Nevaeh, Presley, Everlyn, Bentley and Adalynn.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
