Happy Birthday my friend. You will always be remembered and never forgotten.

He was a good hearted man.  He made me laugh and he knew how to make someone feel as if the mattered.  I will cherish his soul and breathe his name as long as I can.

This is hard to do, Snoopy we had so many great memories, at the lake, grandma’s house,  you fighting with Ja because we enticed you guys. It was all in great fun and we all spent so much time together!!! Jimmy, Ja, you and I were like 4 brothers and spent all our time learning things together, long conversations. 

Once we got older, I remember my wedding, you looked great in that Tux and it was an honor to have my brother standing with me!!! We had a great time that night and the week leading up to that night!!! 

Later, I remember spending time at my apartment, playing PlayStation having some drinks and just talking and catching up. 

It makes me so happy to hear all your friends talk about you the way I remembered you!!! You always brightened up people’s lives and have held a special place in my heart!!

I will miss you and always love you!!! RIP, hold me a good spot we we can catch up!!! Be thinking about  you always!!! Love you!!!

It is with deep sadness that I find myself writing this. When my brother told me about your passing I was in disbelief, and hoped he was wrong. You were such a sweet and humble human being I wish we would’ve kept contact. My family and I all loved and cared for Amaury and send his family our deepest condolences. Til we meet again. <3

“I can’t begin to express what my thoughts were upon hearing about Amaury. It’s hard to lose someone who meant so much to all of us, since childhood,  and even harder that we can’t all be together to say good-bye.

A moment like this reminds me how important it is to connect with friends. I wish Amaury and I could have spent more time after we left High School. Amaury was that dude!! Funny, caring, strict in his ways, but just so down to earth. 

I remember the 1st time he was learning how to play basketball with me in Hudson School and that was such a hilarious moment. No skills at all, but moments like that allowed us to become closer friends.

I will always be thankful that I had the opportunity to get to know him and to call him a friend. I will cherish his memory for years to come.

To the family, I will say a special prayer today in his memory and give thanks for having had the opportunity to know Amaury. I was able to count him as one of my closest childhood friends. I will pray also for all his family so everyone would have the strength to carry them through this tough time.

Amaury I remember you since we were in the same homeroom in Columbus then  in Emerson High School, I remember so clearly when we did the video with Xiomara and Marcos fun times you were such a sweet and respectful person I am so sad we didn’t keep in touch may you rest in peace my condolences to your family I know it must be a real difficult time for them.. I will always remember you!! 😢

Amaury, I will never forget the first day I ever saw you. You were the light that brightened my life. I remember you coming over almost everyday to hang out with my brother but I always found a way to include myself and you never had a problem with that. I remember the day I asked you out over the phone “do you want to go out with me?” And you replied “where?” And you wouldn’t say yes because you wanted to ask me to be your girlfriend. You were the first guy I fell in love with you were such a beautiful blessing in my life and my family loved you very much. I will never forget all the great times we had, all the meaningful conversations, every time you cheered me up when I was down, and you always had the best hugs, your smile was infectious, best smile in the world. I never thought in a million years I would be here writing this...I thank you for being such a beautiful person to me, my family and to everyone who was blessed to have you apart of their lives. I am very honored to have been your girlfriend for the time that we dated. When I told you I loved you I meant it and I will always love you. Rest in paradise beautiful.

My heart completely broke as I found out that you are no longer with us. I regret losing touch these last few years, snoopy. My daughter still has the doll that you gave her for her 4th birthday and the snoopy backpack. 
My mind is completely overwhelmed with memories we went through, from Hudson, Columbus, High School, then Tech school where we met Juan and became a trio for many years.
A brief memory I wanted to share is trying to teach you to drive, you were extremely bad. Dude you crashed my car cause you thought the gas was the brake. I dunno if you ever got your licence, but thats probably why I move to Pennsylvania, cause I was afraid of being on the same road as you. The funny part is you told me, Manny I'm still a little kid man I need practice... dude you were 20! 
You will truly be missed my dear friend. As I finish writing this message, a part of me hopes I am dreaming, I will wake up, call you, and we'll pickup from where we left off, but realty sets in and you have to accept it. 
You might be gone bro, but I promise, you will live in our hearts and memories. RIP Amaury Snoopy Ovalles.

What can I say, so many memories when I think about you.  Although we lost touch after high school I still have and cherish all my memories with you. You were such a major part of childhood. From Hudson elementary when I couldn’t stand you for calling me names to high school where all that became nonexistent and we formed such a great friendship and experiences, JROTC, graduation and all the in between. I truly hope your ok and in a beautiful place up there. I pray for your family and closest friends to find comfort and strength as the go through unexpected moment in life. RIP Bulldogs forever 

Where to even begin. 
So many memories have flooded my mind in learning that you have left for a better place. Late night chats and hang outs, playing "manhunt", rocking it out in JROTC only to "grow up" and both join the Marine Corps. 
You had a strict code and I respected you for it. Too strict sometimes lol but that's who you were and we loved you for it.

Hey Amaury 
 It’s been a while since we talked and to be honest this was a shock to me. I’ve known you since we were young in Hudson school and hanging out in the cafeteria of Emerson with Ipson, Noel, Dennis and many others. You were a good guy and I wish we would have caught up on everything. You rest easy brother and I’ll see you on the other side. 

I will forever cherish all our High School memories. I remember every year we gave each other the biggest birthday hug since we share such a special day. You always called me your Colombian twin And you were my snoopy. All the memories each morning in our Homeroom. Lord and all the fun at cheer practice. All the memories in JROTC at our 5am drills. Just so many to cherish and forever will be in my heart.
 My condolences go out to your family and I pray for lots of strength in such difficult time.  My twin RIP🕊

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I write this. The  Subliminal Records family lost someone that was very dear to us and someone I wish everyone knew. Amaury Ovalles was 37 years old at the time of his passing. He always had a smile on his face and was always there to lend a helping hand no matter what. He was the salt of the Earth. We shared quite a few laughs together thru the last 15 years or so we knew each other and only hope he is now resting in eternal peace. God Bless you my brother and I hope the studio up there is better than the one you left behind. RIP

Ohh Amaury I still can’t believe we lost you so soon. Even though we haven’t been in contact recently I have my share memories  of you Hudson School, birthdays, even hanging out in your 22nd st apartment when your mom was working. You waiting for me downstairs on Palisade ave to take walks and talk.  You always made me laugh and listen when I needed you. Best memory when we thought we were cool with your Home Alone recorders in 8th grade oh and our little skit from HS with Yerisf and Marcos about sexual education. I  still have it brother and makes me laugh every time. Everything we did or shared was and will always be part of me because you my friend were a great soul and the world needed more of you in it. You were taken too soon and until we meet again. Rest In Peace... XOXO

You are family, you had a huge heart, and never hesitated to be available to those you loved and considered family! I will miss you my friend. Amaury was my best friend and brother. We shared many laughs and good times together. We always played games on the weekend together, talking about our week at work, sharing funny stories,  and what shows and movies we would watch so we can talk about them the next time we got together. He took a vacation with my family last year at Universal Studios. It was his first vacation in 10 years. He had such a great time with us. It was an awesome experience to share with my dear brother. He became a member of our family and my kids even thought of him as an Uncle. Him and I were a team. He was Batman and I was Superman. We called ourselves the World's  Finest. I will always cherish the wonderful memories of the times we spent together. I will miss his laughter, his voice, and his amazing personality. He was a gentle soul that would do anything for his friends. He always made sure we were having a good time. Rest in peace my brother. I love you bro and I am going to miss you so much. 

Years in JROTC and then the Sundays practicing for my sister’s sweet 16.  The times practicing for the sweet 16 were probably the best since, in my opinion, the group taking part were close to one another, especially my parents. Despite the years apart, learning of your passing was a shock.  My folks and sister were just as shocked by the news as I was. I hope where ever you are now, you are at peace.  My condolences to those closest to him.
