Angel Rafael Rodriguez of Cape Coral, Florida passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at Gulf Coast Medical Center on Friday, September 19, 2025 following some recent health challenges. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on September 9, 1958 and Angel was 67 years old at the time of his death.
A Visitation for Angel will be hosted from 9:30 - 11:30 AM on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 inside the Remembrance Event Center at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 950 Chiquita Blvd. S, Cape Coral, Florida 33991, (239) 283-0540. Immediately thereafter, at 11:30 AM, a Funeral Service will be celebrated for Angel also inside the funeral home chapel. At the conclusion of these ceremonies, family and friends will travel to Sarasota National Cemetery, 9810 State Road 72, Sarasota, Florida 34341, (941) 922-7200 where Military Funeral Honors for Angel will be rendered by the United States Army at 2:00 PM followed by committal of his casket within the Field of Honor located therein.
