Born on October 1, 1939, in Columbus, OH, Carl was the son of the late Ralph and Violet (Wright) Hauck. He carried with him the values of hard work, loyalty, and quiet determination throughout his life—qualities that shaped both his family and his career.
Carl spent his professional life as the proud owner and operator of Carl’s Power Washing Company, a business he built with dedication and integrity. His work ethic was unmatched, and he took great pride in serving his community.
In his younger years, Carl found joy on the water, spending countless hours on his boats and casting a line into the Florida sun. Fishing brought him peace, adventure, and some of his favorite memories. At home, he could often be found enjoying classic Western movies, a genre he never tired of. And no matter where life took him, Carl remained a die-hard Ohio State Buckeyes fan, cheering on his team with unwavering enthusiasm.
Carl will be remembered for his steady presence, his love of simple pleasures, and the quiet strength he brought to those around him. His legacy lives on in the stories shared, the lives he touched, and the family and friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his two children, Carl Stanley, Jr. and Mary Jo Hall.
Carl is survived by his two daughters, Tina Sharrock and her husband, Walter and Paul Geyer Levasseur; seven grandchildren, Kristina, Kristopher, Katie, Courtney, Tyler, Austin and RJ; as well as seven great grandchildren.
