Carl Edward Latta

Carl E. Latta, 97 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on Friday, April 13, 2012. He was born on October 14, 1914 in Fairmont, West Virginia to James and Cora Bennett Latta. Mr. Latta moved to Cape Coral in 1986 coming from Huntington, WV. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cape Coral for 23 years and was a member of Huntington Masonic Lodge No. 53, the Huntington Shrine Club, and the Beni Kedem Temple, Charleston, WV and He is survived by his loving family including his daughter, Carla Antonio and her husband, Colonel Melvin Antonio, USAF, Retired; grandchildren, Edward Ray Bolt, William Troy Bolt, David Sean Antonio; great grandchildren, Corey Bolt, Kyle Bolt, Brittany Bolt, Paul Bolt, Tyler Bolt; brothers, Paul Latta and Ralph Latta. Mr. Latta was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Virginia Latta May 7, 2009, and his granddaughter, Anita Eileen Antonio.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral service on Monday, April 16th at 12 Noon at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, Entombment with a Masonic service will follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
