Carol Anastasia Ingoldsby

On November 18th, 2023, the world lost a beautiful soul. Carol Ingoldsby, born December 27th, 1945, in Brattleboro, Vermont, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and dog Nikki at her home in Cape Coral, Florida.

Carol was a passionate paralegal and an adoring wife and mother. She was the beloved wife of Mark Ingoldsby, the mother to sons Shawn Clough, Joel Clough, Jeremy Clough, stepmother to Mark Jr. and Dennis Bruce Jr., the proud grandmother of eleven grandchildren and great-grandmother of two, and sister to Dennis Bruce and sister-in-law to his wife Carol Bruce.

Carol embodied kindness and compassion, extending genuine care to everyone she encountered. As a devoted wife and mother, her love and dedication were unwavering, consistently providing support to her family in times of need. A pillar of strength and a source of comfort, Carol leaves behind a void that will be felt by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In accordance with her wishes, Carol will be laid to rest at sea in February, 2024.
