Jane Tracy Weaver, 56 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017. She was born on March 15, 1961 in Harbor City, CA to Paul Otha Ballou and Patricia Blackburn Ballou.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, June 12th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will be at Maynard Runyon Cemetery in Pike County Kentucky.
