She was born on October 6, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois to Foy and Philamenia Schwitzer Hiatt.
With her husband, Robert she moved to Cape Coral in 1973 from Michigan. Jean was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and a member of CCW.
She is survived by her son, Bob Valentine; daughter, Carolyn Smith; sisters, Mary Louise Valentine and Jean Marie Bessmer; brothers, William R. Valentine and Daniel T. Valentine.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm at Coral Ridge Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Monday at St. Andrew Catholic Church with burial to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
