John is survived by his cherished wife of 54 years, Anne (Weiglein) Aichinger and beloved sons Jeffrey (Susan), Brian, Mark (Jennie) and Todd (Karen). Papa John was also survived by his treasured grandchildren Ryan, Paige, Megan and Gabriela. He was preceded in death by his father George Aichinger, mother Anna (Hriczko) Aichinger and brother George Aichinger.
John is a past president of both the Annunciation Church (Elma NY) Holy Name Society and the Buffalo (NY) Professional Photographers Association. Family and friends will gather to celebrate John on October 15, 2016 from 1p-4p at Urban/Amigone Funeral Home, 7540 Clinton St in Elma. Funeral services will be held at 10am on October 17th at Annunciation Church, 7580 Clinton St in Elma. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to St. Lawrence Church, 1520 E. Delevan Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.
