I worked with Marlon for over 17 years and throughout that time got to know him well. We've definitely experienced fun as well as stressful times together working on things at TF over the years and I'll miss that. The biggest thing that stands out to me is that throughout that entire time is he was the same nice and enjoyable person to work with from day one to now. Its really the core of who he was and its amazing that he was able to retain his core self that entire time. My deepest condolences to all of his friends and family. He will certainly be missed.

My condolences to Marlons entire family and  all that knew Marlon and how he impacted so many just in the way he carriered himself.     Always positive and always wanting to help whoever came  his way..   I had the privilege to work with Marlon for 20 plus year's and become friends at the same time...  He had so many talents and many were self taught, he was always offering his help both in his private life  and at work supporting  mfging and warehouse teams.    He was  a determined man and at 22 gets in his car and (drives ) from southern Brazil to Framingham,  Massachusetts the hard road, starts  a family,  starts working @ Applied Biosytems/TMO... where he remained .    I will remember my friend Marlon as someone that always put his family first and was always  positive.  My condolences to Marlons  family and friends    Mark.

Marlon was an amazing person and I was privileged to work with such a great individual for 10+ years. With his knowledge and dedication to safety and process improvements, he had the mentality to make sure equipment and operational control were programmed successfully for the ease of the operators. His drive led to the composite recipes that allow a standardized process from equipment to equipment, suite to suite, operator to operator, and site to site. Thank you, Marlon. We needed DVCC just to keep track of everything you worked on day after day.

A living Teddy bear.  Every time I saw this man I wrapped my arms around him for a giant bear hug.   He will be missed.  Cherish the memories.  I genuinely enjoyed every encounter we had. Thank you, Marlon for being a part of my journey and may you rest in peace.

Dear Friends and Family of Marlon,

We will all miss his commitment and dedication here on campus. There was never any doubt about what he was doing for us; he answered the phone regardless of the hour and always came to our rescue. He did all of this with a smile in his voice and a wonderful attitude.

On behalf of our campus, we thank you for sharing Marlon with us all these years.

Having worked for 20+ years in the automation industry in New England and beyond, I've forged a lot of relationships over the years in my role as an engineering service provider.  But a stark few stand out more than the professional and personal connection I made with Marlon in the early 2000's here in Bedford and Framingham at Applied Biosystems and ThermoFisher.  A joy to be around, and easy to talk to - Marlon just seemed to want to help everybody, even when it was my job to help him!  It was clear he cared about those around him, and that he put his entire self into whatever he was doing, and you just couldn't help but feel that life was a little bit richer, being able to know Marlon Minardi.  I am saddened at this untimely loss, and his family, friends and co-workers will be in my thoughts for some time to come.  My sincere condolences to each of you.
