Norma Gonzalez Torres, 86 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on May 22, 2016 at her home. She was born Toa Baja Puerto Rico to Jose Colon Velez and Juana Gonzalez. She moved from Puerto Rico in 2012.
Survivors include her children, Luis Torres, Gloria Ramos, Daniel Torres, and Edwin Torres.
