She was born July 21, 1944 in MD but resided in Ft. Myers, FL. Beloved wife of Spencer Terry Fogle; daughter Tammy Locantore; 3 grandchildren Allan Locantore, Amber Johnson, and Nicole Locantore; 2 great grandchildren Taylor Locantore and Gracie Johnson; brother John Okrak; sister Mary Ann Gavigan and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to Coral Ridge Funeral Home & Cemetery, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd, Cape Coral, FL for a Memorial Service being held Monday, December 30th at 10am.
