

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Byra) of 52 years. He leaves behind a daughter, Stacy-Ann, a son Wayne Adam, three grandchildren: Matthew, Samantha and Hailey, a sister Barbara Koepplinger, many nieces, nephews, friends and his beloved “Sadie”.
After retiring from ABF Freight Systems in 1999, Wayne and Kathy settled in Cape Coral. Wayne was a man of many interests and hobbies. He was a very active member in the Hawthorne, NJ Elks Lodge # 2260 where he was elected Exalted Ruler Fraternal Year 84-85. He was an Amateur Radio Operator and lifetime member of the SW Florida Sportsman Assn. Riding his meticulously kept Harley Davidson motorcycle throughout Florida brought him a great deal of enjoyment. Among his other interests was restoring antique cars, mostly Fords, and was especially proud of his 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible and his 1965 FIA Cobra.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Andrew’s Church, Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral, in the Chapel, on Saturday, June 25th at 11 am.
