Octavie is survived by her children, Shirley (Daryl) Lemieux & Wayne (Lori) Clemens; brother, Henry (Florence) Gervais; sisters, Edna Clemens & Lillian Bax; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Joseph; children, Joe E. Clemens, Caroline Sawyer, Leonard Clemens, Sheila Lynn Lemieux; brothers, Octave, Al, Felix & Emile Gervais; sisters, Cecile Hess & Rita Tonnellier.
Funeral Mass: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 10, 2018 from R.C. Church of Our Lady, Carlyle, Saskatchewan with Reverend Father Yodel Cereno officiating. Interment in St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery, Manor, Saskatchewan.
