

66, of Noblesville, Indiana departed this life at her home on Thursday, January 23, 2025. She was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania on August 20, 1958 to the late Elias “Babe”, (a private pilot for the likes of Arnold Palmer) and Irene (Karaffa) Krinock. Cindee earned her undergrad at the University of Pittsburgh in electrical engineering and then continued her education at Villanova, earning a masters degree in computer sciences. She excelled as a trailblazing electrical engineer for PJM Interconnection, an east coast electricity conglomerate, sharing her wisdom with interviews on the Today Show and Good Morning America as an expert spokesperson and consultant.
Cindee was a kind and gentle soul who was happiest making meaningful memories with her close knit family. She had a deep appreciation for all things natural, and understood the fragile balance of nature. She was devoted to conservation and a healthy planet. She loved to tend to her garden, and had established a certified Monarch butterfly sanctuary by cultivating milkweed and other flora conducive to the annual migration of the Monarch. She always found beauty in the simplest things.
Cindee loved to experience different cultures and regions of our United States and had road tripped extensively with her beloved family. Some of her favorite places to visit regularly were Myrtle Beach and the eastern seaboard. She found relaxation and reflection by reading a good book, and rarely passed on an opportunity to learn something interesting and meaningful.
Cindee was preceded in death by her parents, her brother-in-law, Edmund Rickel and her beloved yorkie, Rainer.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years, Douglas G. Taylor; her loving son, Jason Taylor; brother, Robert (Pam) Krinock; mother-in-law, Isabelle Taylor; in-laws, Barbara Rickel, David (ChrisAnn) Taylor and Larry Taylor; Rosie her Siberian Husky and a host of beloved nieces and nephews and grateful colleagues and friends.
A visitation for Cindee will begin at 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 28th at Leppert Mortuary –Carmel Chapel and conclude at time of services at 7:00pm. Final services with inurnment at Twin Valley Memorial Park in Delmonte, Pennsylvania follows in the spring or summer.
