Michael Paul Chesterfield

Michael Paul Chesterfield, 65, of Westfield, Indiana, passed away July 30, 2022. He was born May 4, 1957 in Elgin, Illinois to Gary and Thelma (Clingan) Chesterfield. Mike graduated with B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S in Engineer Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering. He went on to become a professional engineer. He worked as a plant Engineer at Delphi for 30 years and facility manager at Amazon for 10 years. Mike was a Mason, member of the American Legion and attended Northview church, where he was active in many Bible study groups. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed golfing, kayaking, and hunting. He also loved woodworking, classic cars, and Harley Davidsons. Mike is survived by his son, Ryan Chesterfield; daughter, Lauren Chesterfield; father, Gary Chesterfield; mother, Thelma Chesterfield; brother, Rob Chesterfield, and sister - in – law, Kim Chesterfield. Services for the family will be private. He will be laid to rest near his favorite place, near the banks of Sugar Creek. Leppert Mortuary – Carmel Chapel, assisting with arrangements.
