William Brice Finney, 86, of Carmel, passed away August 28, 2024. William was born June 8, 1938 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late John “Jack” and Marjorie (Meyer) Finney. He spent many years in hospital administration prior to retirement.
William had a love of nature, and enjoyed the outdoors by walking and biking.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joyce (Lanane) Finney; children, Juliane (Terry) Dennis, William Brice (Nikki) Finney, Maribeth (Mark) Janicki, Cherlyn (J.D.) Wichser, Jacob (Gail) Finney; brother, David (Valli) Finney; 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
William was preceded in death by his brothers, John Finney and Don Finney; and sister, Julie Massey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 6, 2024 from 2-3 PM followed by a funeral service at 3 PM at Leppert Mortuary – Carmel Chapel, 900 N. Rangeline Road, Carmel, Indiana.
