Floyd Lee Phillips, age 94, of Plano, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023.
A graveside service for Floyd will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 9648 - Hilltop Memorial Park, 1810 N Perry Road, Carrollton, TX 75006.
